Group exercise is one of the most effective ways to get in shape and lead a healthy lifestyle. Now we cater for both Land and Water group sessions.

Through the camaraderie and accountability when working out in a group setting – improving endurance, strength and physical appearance becomes a more enjoyable process!

Constantly refreshed and challenging exercises, YUE group exercise classes meet the diverse fitness needs of people at all levels.

CLASS RATES:         €12 per class

  • Attendees must strictly be in possession of a VALID Covid-19 vaccine certificate & is to be presented upon entry. YUE Staff reserve the right of refusal should an attendee not be in possession of such certificate as per imposed measures by the Authorities.
  • Attendance is strictly by pre-booking & Class schedule may change without prior notice.
  • Pre-booking your spot within one of our classes is now strictly online only as each attendee needs to fill out our Covid-19 Health Declaration Form upon booking.
  • YUE classes are open to Members & Non-Members alike.
  • Due to Covid-19 mitigation measures, each attendee has to strictly bring in their own mat for hygienic purposes.
  • A face mask has to be strictly worn when entering & exiting YUE common areas. Mask is to be removed prior to class commencement, once having reached the Studio.

Information Related to our Classes:

Monday 19:30 – 20:30 – YOGA for BEGINNERS 

This class is ideal for beginners, who want to build strength and confidence to take the yoga practice deeper. In this class we focus on foundation, self awareness, breathing, flexibility and strength.

**all YOGA classes are concluded with meditation and guided relaxation with soothing nature sound resulting in you leaving with a calm and relaxed body and mind.

Tuesday 09:00 – 10:00 – MAX OUT

A HiiT workout that combines short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower intensity exercises. This class is a mix of aerobic and resistance training. Perfect to get fit in a short period of time.

Thursday 09:00 – 10:00 – CROSS THE LIMIT
A class that uses different methods of training and different pieces of equipment to maximize strength, endurance and aerobic conditioning.

Thursday 19:30 – 20:30 – YOGA for All (Beginner & Intermediate Level)

This mixed level class is suitable for all practitioners. This Get Happy class is a mixture of Hatha Yoga and slower pace Vinyasa flow with focus on breath awareness.
