This class is ideal for beginners, who want to build strength and confidence to take the yoga practice deeper. In this class we focus on foundation, self awareness, breathing, flexibility and strength.

Tuesday 09:15 – 10:45 – YOGA for All

This morning mixed level class is suitable for all practitioners. This Get Happy class is a mixture of Hatha Yoga and slower pace Vinyasa flow with focus on breath awareness.

Thursday 19:30 – 21:00 – FIT YOGA

This class is ideal for intense practitioners who like continuous movement. This class is a mixture of Hatha Yoga and power core Vinyasa flow that links movement and breathing together in a playful and inspiring practice.

Friday 09:15 – 10:45 – YOGA for All

This morning mixed level class is suitable for all practitioners. This Get Happy class is a mixture of Hatha Yoga and slower pace Vinyasa flow with focus on breath awareness.
