Group exercise is one of the most effective ways to get in shape and lead a healthy lifestyle.

CLASS RATES:         €12 per class

  • Attendance is strictly by pre-booking & Class schedule may change without prior notice.
  • Pre-booking is to be done online.
  • YUE classes are open to Members & Non-Members alike.
  • Due to Covid-19 mitigation measures, we recommend that each attendee bring in their own mat for hygienic purposes.

Information Related to our Classes:

Monday 19:30 – 20:30 – YOGA for BEGINNERS with Izabela

This class is ideal for beginners, who want to build strength and confidence to take the yoga practice deeper. In this class we focus on foundation, self awareness, breathing, flexibility and strength.

**all YOGA classes are concluded with meditation and guided relaxation with soothing nature sound resulting in you leaving with a calm and relaxed body and mind.

Tuesday 09:00 – 10:00 – MAX OUT with Serena

A HiiT workout that combines short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower intensity exercises. This class is a mix of aerobic and resistance training. Perfect to get fit in a short period of time.

Tuesday 10:15 – 11:15 – Energizing YOGA with Izabela (Beginner & Intermediate Level)

This is a well rounded full body flow that focuses on movement, deep stretches and breath.

Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace as they become internally  aware of the body, mind and breath working together.

Tuesday 18:30 – 19:30 – PILATES with Marika

Pilates is a form of controlled exercises exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body.

The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up.

These exercises will strengthen your core with a combination of isolated and dynamic exercises using your own body weight. Excellent to maximize calorie burn.

Thursday 09:00 – 10:00 – CROSS THE LIMIT with Serena
A class that uses different methods of training and different pieces of equipment to maximize strength, endurance and aerobic conditioning.

Thursday 19:30 – 20:30 – YOGA for All with Izabela (Beginner & Intermediate Level)

This mixed level class is suitable for all practitioners. This Get Happy class is a mixture of Hatha Yoga and slower pace Vinyasa flow with focus on breath awareness.
