Group exercise is one of the most effective ways to get in shape and lead a healthy lifestyle. Now we cater for both Land and Water group sessions.

Through the camaraderie and accountability when working out in a group setting – improving endurance, strength and physical appearance becomes a more enjoyable process!

Monday 19:30 – 20:30 – YOGA for BEGINNERS 

This class is ideal for beginners, who want to build strength and confidence to take the yoga practice deeper. In this class we focus on foundation, self awareness, breathing, flexibility and strength.

**all YOGA classes are concluded with meditation and guided relaxation with soothing nature sound resulting in you leaving with a calm and relaxed body and mind.

Tuesday 09:30 – 10:30 – YOGA for All (Mixed Level)

This morning mixed level class is suitable for all practitioners. This Get Happy class is a mixture of Hatha Yoga and slower pace Vinyasa flow with focus on breath awareness.

Wednesday 09:00 – 10:00 – PILOXING

The Piloxing workout is a fusion of boxing & standing Pilates principles. The combination of these disciplines as primary exercise components creates a sense of both physical & mental balance.

Expect to burn up to 1200 calories during this 1 hour session, while improving cardiovascular ability, strengthening muscles & improving balance & posture.

Wednesday 18:30 – 19:30 – PILATES Fitness Fusion

Pilates Fitness Fusion is a strong but low-impact Pilates workout focused on working the whole body with an intense core workout, whilst combining different training disciplines through progression.

This class aims to work on muscle endurance, muscle strength, balance and co-ordination whilst improving posture & flexibility.

It is open for beginners/intermediate levels as you start with basic moves & then try more advanced ones. Classes are always in small groups & a towel would be a must to bring in with you for use as a head support.
