Dilek is a highly trained Pilates instructor with a deep-rooted passion for fitness and wellbeing. Certified from the respected AHA Academy. She has been immersing herself in the world of Pilates since 2014, offering an extensive range of expertise in Mat, Reformer, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spin Corrector, and Cadillac Pilates.

The class is an eclectic mix of strength, flexibility and balance for beginner and intermediate levels.
